At Ubyone Limited, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re committed to making the return and refund process straightforward, fair, and transparent.


Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if all the following conditions are met:

  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition
  • The product is not listed as non-returnable (e.g., personal-use or customized items)

Return eligibility is clearly indicated on each product page.


How to Request a Return

Please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Contact Customer Service
    Email us at support@ubyone.com or use our contact form.
  2. Provide Order Details
    Include your order number, the items you want to return, the reason, and—if applicable—photos of the item.
  3. Get Return Authorization
    After approval, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number and return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  4. Package the Return
    Pack the item securely in original packaging with all tags and accessories. Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside.
  5. Ship the Item
    Send the package to the provided return address. We recommend using trackable shipping.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Inspection: Within 1–2 business days of receipt
  • Refund Issued: Within 3–5 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5–10 business days (may vary by bank)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.


Non-Returnable Items

These items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care products
  • Electronics/wearables with opened packaging
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologize for any issues. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photo/video if possible

We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on the case.
